What’s Included
Our all-in-one drawing package covers everything you need for Planning and Building Control approval:
- Survey & Planning: Site surveys, block/site plans, elevations and floor plans.
- Technical Design: Detailed sections, 1:10 details, drainage plans and service layouts.
- Compliance: Full Building Regulation notes and documentation.
Typical Fees
- Single Storey Extension: £700 – £900
- Two Storey Extension: £900 – £1,250
- Loft Conversion: £800 – £1,200
- Change of Use: £700 – £1,150
All fees are quoted with no VAT to add.
No Hidden Extras
We believe in straightforward pricing. We never charge extra for:
- Revisions: Minor tweaks to your design.
- Consultation: We’re always available by phone to discuss your project.
- Admin: Paper copies of your plans are provided free of charge.
Fees exclude Local Authority charges and external consultants, e.g. Structural Engineers.
