1. Site Survey
Every project starts with accuracy. We’ll visit your home to take detailed measurements and photos, giving us a complete understanding of your existing space — turned into a set of precise architectural drawings.
2. Design
We translate your wish list into a workable design, so you can see exactly how your new space will look — the flow of the rooms, the placement of windows and doors. While we design, we’ll guide you through the big decisions on budget and planning strategy, and identify the smoothest path to approval, whether that’s Permitted Development or a full planning application.
3. Planning
We manage your application from start to finish — submitting the paperwork, handling all communication with the planning department, and keeping you updated every step of the way.
4. Building Regulations
Once your design is approved, we focus on the “how” of the build — technical drawings covering insulation, soundproofing and fire protection, all the way through to sign-off by Building Control, so your home is built to last.
